Āu Mahi | What You Will Do Ako Anamata | Future Learning and Development has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate individual to lead the recruitment, training, and development of facilitators and tutors, ensuring they are equipped to deliver engaging and high-quality online and face to face learning experiences.

In this role, youll design and implement training programs, foster a culture of pedagogical innovation, and support faculty in enhancing online, blended, and hybrid teaching. Youll also cultivate vibrant Communities of Practice, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Mōu | Who You Are You will have at least 5 years experience in a relevant project management role, ideally in an academic environment, and have:

  • experience with stakeholder management, change management, and/or team leadership
  • experience working under pressure and to deadlines within a highly dynamic project environment
  • knowledge of developing structured frameworks for recruiting, contracting, and supporting facilitators and or tutors
  • pedagogical innovation and best practice to be ale to integrate modern teaching methodologies
  • experience promoting and leading learning, blended learning and online workshops
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • clear and accurate report writing skills.
