As an Audit & Assurance Adviser, youll support the delivery of independent advice and assurance that helps Kiwibank continuously strengthen its systems, processes, and controls. Working as part of a high-performing internal audit team, youll contribute to the Internal Audit Plan, conduct insightful reviews, and build strong relationships across the bank. Its a great opportunity for someone early in their audit or risk career to grow in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience - internal audit, financial services, or risk preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and improvement.

• Experience with audit standards, methodologies, and tools is a bonus.

• CIA or CISA certification is a plus, but not required.
