The Role ~ Te Tūranga

This role will support internal performance reporting processes and provide insights on this data. As someone who is passionate about data and insights, you will get to work on a variety of initiatives and be a contributor to analytics assessment, design, and delivery. You will review and perform advanced analysis, develop dashboards and reports, and implement models to help answer business questions.

More broadly, youll also join an experienced and collaborative analytics and insights team where you will be supported to develop and grow. Although were a diverse group of people, one thing that our Insights Analysts have in common is their curiosity, creativity, and ability to query, synthesize, and deliver actionable insights.

As a Naturally Curious Analytics Professional Youll Be Able to Bring ~ Hei Kaitātari Pūkenga, Ka Taea e Koe te Whakaatu:

• Solid SQL experience
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced analytical skills, able to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, relevant, actionable insights
• Good problem-solving skills, comfortable working in complex, challenging environments
• Strong written and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to groups
• Outcome-oriented, persistence to challenge the status quo and deliver customer results
