We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized administrative staff to join our team. This person will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation and effective management of office resources in the company environment.

Responsibilities

• Send and receive emails, process online order packages, and handle returned goods
• Purchase office supplies, register inventory, and keep records of in and out of the warehouse
• Assist with the setup of new retail stores, WiFi network as well as preparing materials required for new stores
• Maintain the daily reception and sales work of the small store
• Responsible for the reception of live broadcast personnel

Requirements

• Ideally, you are holding a Partner Visa, PR or Citizen of New Zealand
• Strong communication skills, can communicate in basic Chinese and English
• Attention to details, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills, be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Familiar with office software such as Microsoft Office
• Good customer service ethics
