Your Impact in Role:

• Own the full acquisition cycle of NZs highest priority, local Restaurant partners
• Be a trusted advisor and have a deep understanding of their unique challenges & goals and articulate our compelling value proposition
• Be the voice of the customer and a true owner of the merchant experience
• Lead a defined territory and demonstrate a strategic approach to acquire the highest value merchants

The Experience Youll Bring:

• (End to end sales cycle) 2+ years Sales experience. Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms
• (Executional excellence) Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks.
• (Communication) Using communication skills and empathy to clearly, persuasively, and confidently deliver information to a variety of partners.
• (Negotiation/Sales & Business Acumen) Taking time to build relationships that add long term value to the joint business success of Uber & partners.
• Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing
