Are you a skilled and reliable handyman looking for a great opportunity? The Maintenance House is expanding, and were looking for a hardworking, versatile professional to join our team. We provide property maintenance services across Auckland working with rental property owners and managers as well as private clients to keep homes in top condition. Opportunities available for casual work, part-time or full time work - please specify on your cover letter your preference.

What Youll Be Doing:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Basic carpentry work
• Helping out if needed on interior and exterior painting
• Minor renovations and home improvements
• Fixing doors, locks, windows, and other household fixtures
• Waterblasting & gutter cleaning
• Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a handyman
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
• Full NZ drivers licence
