Customer Services Team Member About the role: Our Trade Centres operate a little different to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build solution. We stock a select number of core builders lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, Fibre Cement, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades. Whats involved:

• Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and site supervisors

• Provide a high level of customer service to Bunnings trade customers, ensuring end to end service

• Includes efficient quotations, processing of sales orders, working with merchandise and suppliers to source products
• Delivery to customer satisfaction
• Completing complex bulk quotes, reducing lead times, and being the trade expert across all trade segments
• Build strong customer, Account Manager and store network relationships
• Deliver on commercial strategy and store KPIs
