To plan and close out any remedial faults, urgent maintenance and new connection work, manage and deliver works safely, positively, effectively and efficiently. To provide technical support, scoping and planning as required. Support the Fault Supervisor as required. Leads compliance and enhances Northpowers and its customers brand and reputation in everything they do.- Planning jobs from scope through to completion

- Supporting the Fault Supervisors
- Ability to manage small to medium teams.
- Planning, pricing, and delivering jobs with no re-work
- Leading compliance, quality checks, and WTC assessments
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers

About You:
- Relevant trade qualifications and current practising licence (EWRB Registration)
- NZ Class 2 Drivers licence
- Proven supervisory experience and strong team leadership
- Sound knowledge of HSQE standards and industry regulations
- Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Ability to scope and plan work effectively under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, GIS, and field-based systems
- A proactive approach to safety and business improvement
