Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing plans and strategy to enhance market presence
• Plan and organize online and offline events (e.g., expos, groundbreakings, client meetups)
• Create and publish social media content (Facebook, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials such as brochures, case study booklets, and website updates
• Manage online advertising and marketing budgets; collect and analyze marketing data
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather market feedback to refine communication and services

Were Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a background in marketing, new media, or communications (preferred)
• Has experience in content writing, social media management, and event planning
• Is familiar with the architecture, design, or real estate industry (a plus)
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• Has strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, creativity, and initiative
• Open to outstanding students or freelancers
