We are seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to proactively provide a high level of customer service for Linfoxs operations. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expert knowledge and experience to a challenging role in the Linfox NZ business.
The Claims Administrator role is responsible for managing customer claims, reception, data administration, and office support to ensure seamless operations. You will be working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to investigate claims, document findings, and drive resolutions within set SLAs.
What Youll be Doing:
- Claims Administration - Process, Investigate, and Resolve claims efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Data & Reporting - Maintain master data records, support DIFOT reporting and provide analytical insights to drive improvements.
- Office Administration - Provide reception duties, coordinate office supplies, and assist with travel bookings for management.
- Customer Service & Communication - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure claims and administrative processes run smoothly
- Process Improvement - Identify trends in claims data and proactively suggest and implement quality improvements.
What we are looking for:
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills - ability to logically assess claims, determine validity and document findings.
- Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, index match preferred).
- Superior customer mindset - A passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for customers and the business.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
