Credit Administration Officer

$27 - $30 Hourly salary paid every fortnightly

Permanent Full time (30+ hours)

Start Date: June 16, 2025 Hours Per Week: 40

• No collection experience required -fully paid training and support.

You will support the credit controllers with the administrative tasks that arise on their ledgers.

• These will include drafting emails, making outbound calls, updating file notes, raising credit requests, raising refund requests, answering phone calls during peak periods and other administrative tasks.
• Develop trusting and effective working relationships with customers, team members and stakeholders.
• Support Credit team taking inbound and Outbound calls when required.
• Credit notes, refunds and journals are raised for approval on the correct paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Prioritise inbound emails to ensure emails are responded to in a timely manner and retrieval procedures are adhered to
• Provide daily / weekly / monthly management reports as required.
• Data change requests are actioned promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all administration processes (reports, paperwork etc) are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
• Actively recognise, support and promote health and safety as a core business value. Ensure regular health and safety checks are performed by the team.
