Customer Services

· Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

· Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease

· Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers

· Respond to customer enquires

· Provide information on products and Services

· Ability to work in busy and challenging customer focussed environment

· Provide efficient forecourt services

· Develop skills in checking oil, windscreen washer and water reservoirs if requested by the customer.

· Assist customer in washing windscreen if requested

· Keep forecourt area clean and tidy

· Cleans/buff the car wheels/body before or after Carwash if required

· Confirms Petrol, Diesel and LPG requirements with the Customers before filling

· Process all Point of Sale transactions in an accurate and timely manner

· Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers

· Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
