The role

As Health and Safety Advisor, youll be the boots on the ground - partnering with site teams, solving real-world safety challenges, and driving high standards across two major projects. Youll be a critical link between operational delivery and our regional H and S strategy, with the autonomy to make things happen.

Youll join a small, dedicated H and S team and work alongside 120+ team members across Central Otago who love what they do - and where they do it.

What youll bring:

• Two plus years in a health and safety role in construction or another high-risk industry
• Confidence on site, and the ability to coach, engage and influence
• Bonus points for a relevant qualification (e.g. NEBOSH), ISO experience, or knowledge of NZ legislation - but its your proactive mindset that matters most
