We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Auckland Direct team driving growth and meeting the unique needs of our clients.

What youll do:

As a Key Account Manager - Direct, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer retention, and providing tailored advertising strategies to deliver the best possible outcomes for your clients. Expanding your customer portfolio, maximizing commercial performance, and contributing to MediaWorks continued success.

  • Commercial Performance: Drive growth, monitor sales performance, and maintain an accurate revenue pipeline.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Add value providing outstanding service and solutions, resolve issues quickly, and proactively keep clients informed about MediaWorks offerings.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet monthly sales targets, grow the client portfolio, and prospect new business.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate a strong external network & effectively collaborate to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives across the organisation
  • Process: Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce.

Whats youll bring:

With a proven track record in B2B account management and new business acquisition. Your ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities will set you apart. You thrive on delivering results for clients and smashing your sales targets.

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in Direct Media Sales.
  • Proven ability to provide customer-centric advertising solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Experience in leading client presentations, project updates, and account reviews.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with sales teams and cross-functional departments to drive client success.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to meet client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
