Ko mātou tēnei | This is Us We have an exciting opportunity for two Marketing Managers to join the team responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications activity to drive better customer outcomes, and ultimately deliver strong return on marketing investment. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We spoke with our Head of Marketing, and she let us know the following about the tūranga (roles): What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
  • Understanding the behaviours, journeys and channels of key audiences to design, develop & deliver marketing communications programmes
  • Project managing campaigns and initiatives in paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring delivery on time and budget
  • Working as part of a high performance team, leaning into creativity and challenges - proactively identifying opportunities and experimentation
  • Social and content initiatives demonstrating an understanding of key audiences and designing and delivering communications for engagement
  • Developing strong and trusted relationships with our BNZ team and agency partners
  • Utilising data, measurement and the optimisation of activity for continuous improvement

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for creativity and fostering strong collaboration with colleagues and partners. An understanding of open banking and proven track record of successful campaigns that are audience-led driving brand consideration and product conversion. What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role? We are looking for someone with a deep appreciation for creative ideas that drive business results and how to nurture them into reality in a complex stakeholder environment. You will also have:
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing and Communications
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively as part of team and autonomously
  • Proven project and campaign management experience, specifically in the project delivery and stakeholder management of campaign initiatives to market
  • Experience working with external creative, media, and event agencies and suppliers to deliver integrated and effective marketing communications
  • Experience in financial services / fintech preferable
