Were on the lookout for a detail-focused, reliable finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in clean, accurate reporting. Youll be across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, supporting the business by making sure the numbers are tight, the processes are smooth, and the team is looked after when payday comes around. ? The Role Includes: Accounts Payable: ✔ Processing invoices and staff reimbursements ✔ Reconciling statements and clearing up discrepancies ✔ Payment runs (EFTs, TTs) ✔ Keeping AP ledgers in check Accounts Receivable: ✔ Issuing invoices ✔ Processing incoming payments ✔ Chasing overdue accounts ✔ Credit control and customer comms Payroll: ✔ Weekly payroll for waged staff ✔ Managing payroll records - tax, leave, deductions ✔ Ensuring legal compliance and accuracy ✔ Working with HR on onboarding/offboarding Support

Work: ✔ Assisting with month-end and audit prep ✔ Keeping financial records tidy and accessible ✔ Pitching in with the team when needed ? What Were Looking For: ✅ 2+ years experience across AP, AR, and Payroll ✅ Confident with Xero, Freshbooks, or similar Invoicing Software) ✅ Sharp eye for detail and strong time management ✅ Great communicator - internal and external ✅ A team player who knows how to work independently ? Bonus: Experience with MYOB IMS Payroll, or Syspro ERP
