The Opportunity

This exciting role offers the opportunity to take on a full-time role within our Programme Delivery Performance team on a fixed-term basis to assist with a new system roll out.

Working closely with the Programme Delivery Performance Manager, the Programme Delivery Coordinator will provide support to the programme, delivery, and operational teams, ensuring that the programme database is kept updated. You will provide structured and well organised administrative services including assisting with reporting, data entry and data processing.

About You

Key attributes for success include:

  • Intermediate level or higher in the use of Microsoft office Suite particularly Word and Excel with demonstrated speed and accuracy
  • Previous experience with Sharepoint, Maximo and SAP is advantageous
  • Strong organisation skills and efficiency
  • Good knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
  • The ability to keep strict confidentiality
