Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Procurement Coordinator to join the Finance Division at AUT. The key nature of the role is to ensure that AUTs service & product contracts and contract management functions are administered in a timely and effective manner. You will be involved in other activities to create and implement continuous development of the procurement policy at AUT.
He kōrero mōu | About you
You will have a good working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in using Technology One. A friendly and professional rapport is essential as you will be connecting with people at a personal level to create effective working relationships, for example, regularly engaging with internal customers (i.e., procurement processes) and external suppliers (i.e., PO or Con numbers).
