Service Engineer

This is an opportunity to join an existing Service Organisation with an established and growing customer base in Australia and New Zealand. With your technical and customer skills, you will help develop this under supervision into an industry leading Product Support role

For the right candidate, this position offers exciting insight into all aspects of the service industry and particular roles and duties will include:

• Preventative maintenance servicing
• Fitting & Turning
• Fault-finding
• Installation work
• Customer Training
• Local, National and some International travel

The applicant must possess the following:

• Electrical diagnostics ability
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to read and manufacture from drawings
• High level understanding of machinery axis and control systems (Mechatronics)
• High level of PC literacy
• Ability to work un-supervised and within time constraints
• Excellent communication skills and high level of customer rapport
• Willingness to learn
• Current NZ drivers license
• New Zealand Passport is a essential requirement due to international travel.
• Electrical and engineering qualification and experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
