Technology Support Engineer (Level 2)

As a Technology Support Engineer, youll be the go-to for end-user tech support and issue resolution within your local market. Based onsite at an Omnicom office, youll assist with day-to-day troubleshooting, global IT projects, and help drive a great user experience. When issues require broader escalation, youll act as the advocate to ensure theyre resolved smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver second-level (and sometimes first-level) support via ServiceNow
  • Assist in rollout of global IT initiatives locally
  • Escalate and resolve urgent tech issues effectively
  • Support AV setups and provide VIP "white glove" service
  • Identify and report recurring issues to improve service
  • Help with office-specific tasks (e.g., moves, power downs)
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a strong team culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in IT support, including AV experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with ServiceNow, JAMF, SCCM, Intune, and AD
  • Great communicator with solid problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable explaining tech to non-tech users
  • Experience in media/entertainment is a bonus
