About the role As a Mandarin Speaking Trade Sales Support team member, you will work alongside our account managers and wider team to service our trade customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and leading industry supplier of building products to the construction industry and work with a collaborative and supportive team where you will be given every opportunity to develop your career, all whilst having fun along the way. Based in our Henderson branch you will:

  • Fulfill customer orders a correctly and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
  • Organise buy-ins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

About you The ideal candidate will have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support and have the following skills and qualities:

  • Mandarin Speaking is a MUST
  • A team player with the right attitude.
  • A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers.
  • Accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in customer service or a sales environment.
  • Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
