US Immigration Attorney (Associate Legal Counsel)
As an Associate Legal Counsel at Concord Visa, youll join a forward-thinking, innovative organization dedicated to transforming US immigration and global mobility services. What is this role responsible for:
Providing accurate, strategic, and timely legal guidance on US business immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1A/B, PERM).
Collaborating with engineering and product teams to enhance Concords proprietary technology solutions, driving increased efficiency and automation.
Advising clients clearly on documentation, visa strategies, timelines, and form-filing procedures.
Identifying and implementing opportunities for technological integration within immigration workflows.
Contributing insights to shape Concords product development roadmap.
Staying current with immigration laws, proactively addressing regulatory changes to maintain compliance.

Clients consistently receive timely, accurate, and strategic legal advice, resulting in successful immigration outcomes.
Concords proprietary technology effectively integrates immigration legal processes, improving overall service efficiency.
