Pay Rate: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
Hours: 35–40 hours per week About Us RALO Logistics Limited is a growing New Zealand transport and logistics company providing container cartage, freight transport, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business by identifying market opportunities, promoting our services, and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen our presence in the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Research market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and opportunities in the transport and logistics sector.
  • Identify target customers and recommend strategies to promote the company’s logistics, freight, and warehousing services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across digital, social media, and other promotional channels.
  • Prepare and update marketing materials, service profiles, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Analyse customer feedback, campaign results, and market data to improve marketing performance and service promotion.
  • Work with management to support brand development, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain records of marketing activities, campaign outcomes, and market research findings.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to support service promotion and customer communication.
Skills and Experience
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, customer engagement, and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate marketing activities and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, digital communication, and social media tools.
  • Experience in the transport, freight, or logistics industry will be an advantage.
