We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team.
As Service Manager your role is primarily to be responsible for planning, organising and reviewing customer service operations, maintaining customer relationships, improving service quality, and developing customer service policies and procedures. You will liaise with an organisational units to identify and respond to customer expectation.
Main Responsibilities:
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
Must have atleast three years of proven experience in similar role or New Zealand diploma or higher qualification. A team member must have good communication skills and also time management skills
Pay Rate:
Minimum - $35.00 per hour
Maximum - $45.00 per hour
Hours of Work:
Minimum - 30 hours per week
Maximum - 40 hours per week
