Functional Consultant within the Customer, Products & Services (CP&S) team, driving BNZ’s customer and lending transformation through Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and related platforms.
About the Role\nFull time, permanent opportunity based in Auckland. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Day-to-Day Tasks\nCollaborative, curious, and outcome-focused. Values constructive challenge, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Projects / Work\nSupport BNZ’s strategic customer and lending transformation initiatives, maximizing value from Salesforce FSC and nCino while shaping future platform capabilities, business processes, and customer experiences.
Exciting Aspects\nInfluence how one of New Zealand’s largest banking transformations uses strategic SaaS platforms, working across product, business, architecture, and delivery teams to create lasting impact.
