We’re currently building a talent pool of experienced Administrators for a variety of upcoming temporary assignments. If you’re a confident multitasker with strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office and broader team running smoothly. You’ll be relied on for your organisation, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities with ease. Responsibilities may include:
Providing high-quality administrative support to teams and stakeholders
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
Organising appointments and travel arrangements
Overseeing day-to-day office administration and support tasks
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and by phone
Handling incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, including message taking and call direction
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in these roles, you’ll be an organised and adaptable professional with:
Previous experience in office administration, personal assistance, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Experience using office management, CRM, or accounts systems
Confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly
