We are looking for an efficient Cafe manager who can manage our busy Cafe independently in the New Plymouth area
We are seeking an efficient Cafe Manager who can organise and control the operations of the busy Cafe in New Plymouth.
The job responsibilities include the following
1. Regular meetings with the Chef to alter/improve the menu of the Cafe.
2. Arranging the purchasing of the stock for the Cafe as per the budget
3. Manage the pricing of the food as per the budget
4. Keeping the record of stock levels as well the financial transactions
5. Ensuring that the facilities comply with the health regulations and comply with health and safety regulations
6. Regular checking for feedback with customers around the service provided
7. Regular training provided to the existing staff and recruit and train new staff when required.
You are required to atleast have a NZQF diploma or two years of work experience for the role.
The minimum hourly wage is $33.60 and the Maximum is $33.75 and this is a full time employment with minimum 30 hours of work.
