About the Role:

• You will be responsible for delivering high-standard carpentry work across residential and commercial sites, supporting the construction programme from initial framing through to finishing tasks.
• Working closely with site supervisors and other trades, you will ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on time.
• Your contribution will help maintain project momentum and uphold workmanship standards on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out timber framing and general construction tasks in line with plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape timber and other materials with precision
• Set up and strip formwork and concrete boxing to the required dimensions and tolerances
• Install doors, windows, and associated hardware to a high finish standard.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently for a range of carpentry activities
• Identify and diagnose on-site faults or issues
• Implement practical solutions-Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in accordance with site rules-Follow instructions from site supervisors and co-ordinate effectively with other.
