We are currently seeking reliable and full-time carpenters to join our team. The starting pay offered is $27-$35 hourly and will be fixed according to the skills and experience for at least 30 hours a week. However, this will be reviewed periodically. Any overtime will be paid as per the above pay rate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of related tasks, including:
Construction and Installation: Lead the construction and installation of wooden structures like
walls, floors, ceilings, and frameworks, following blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Carpentry Techniques: Apply a range of carpentry techniques and tools, from saws and drills to
chisels and planes, to precisely measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by strictly following safety regulations
and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and operating tools and equipment safely.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship by paying close attention to detail and
following established quality standards and best practices.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members
to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and achieve project goals.
Problem Solving: Identify and solve construction challenges and technical issues as they arise,
using creative solutions and troubleshooting skills.
Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in responding to changes in project requirements,
timelines, and priorities while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders,
providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.
