As Cook, your primary focus is ensuring that all food preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to the established recipes, policies and procedures. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, between the hours of 7.30am and 4.00pm (later finish times may sometimes be required).

You will be preparing and cooking nourishing vegetarian meals for approximately 100 children each day. Being able to cater and understand catering for dietary / allergy requirements is a must! Experience in food preparation/food safety is preferred.

This in an integral role in the centre, that requires you to be a confident Cook, who takes pride in all areas of your responsibility. You will need to have strong organisational and time management skills and be a clear communicator. There will be some cleaning and laundry tasks required as part of this busy role.
