Hours of work: The role is a full-time position, 30-50 hours a week. 

Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate $25-$30

We are looking for experienced Chefs to joint our dedicated and busy team. start date immediately.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Get involved in menu design, recipes, and new ingredient selection.
• Support kitchen productivity and profitability by minimizing waste.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared, cooked, and presented to a high standard, maintaining availability throughout operating hours.
• Aid in the induction and training of Back-of-House team members as required.
• Experiment with recipes and propose innovative ingredients.
• Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness by adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Requirements as per the Food Control Plan.
• Follow Workplace Health and Safety Regulations at all times. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years' work experience in relevant filed or culinary qualification.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and Food Control Plans.
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety Regulations.
