Marco Hospo Limited T/A Five Loaves Cafe is seeking a motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy café.
Macro Hospo Limited trading as Five Loaves Cafe, is a well-established neighbourhood café located in Devonport, Auckland. The café is known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality coffee, all-day breakfast and lunch menu, and authentic Thai cuisine. Serving both local residents and visitors, Five Loaves Cafe is committed to providing high-quality food, friendly customer service, and a relaxed dining experience. The business operates seven days a week and relies on an experienced team to maintain efficient daily operations and consistently high service standards.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy café. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, delivering outstanding customer service, leading and supporting staff, maintaining food safety and operational standards, and contributing to the café's ongoing growth and profitability. This is a full-time permanent position with a guaranteed hour of at least 30 hours (or more) per week. Hours of work will be at least 6 to 8 hours a day between 7:30am to 3pm. The pay rate will be between NZD $29 - $35 per hour.
