About the Role\nWe are keen to build ICAMHS across Waikato as a place where Social Work shines and is valued for its expertise that is so essential in this space. Therefore, we are looking for a Social Worker who is passionate to help develop Social Work as a profession, support the onboarding of new people, ensure recruitment and retention processes that target Social Workers are in place and arrange regular meetings with Social Workers across Waikato.
\nA key aspect of this role is helping develop learning and development plans for each Social Worker and advocate for Social Workers individually and as a team.
