The Role

You will support and lead projects in the Hawke’s Bay area. The role primarily involves new commercial roofing work, but also includes other types based on your skills and development goals.

Our work includes Metal Roofing, Warm Roof Systems, Membrane Roofing, Kingspan, Tanking, Wall Cladding, Roof Logic, and more. We can match your skills or help you grow in new areas.

We seek a capable and physically fit roofer who is:

• An experienced tradesman/tradeswoman (ideally 3+ years relevant experience)
• Adaptable to different roofing types
• Motivated to deliver quality work and excellent service
• Willing to work independently or lead a team
• Solution-focused
• Punctual and self-motivated
• Positive and dependable
• Hold a full driver’s license (for driving company vehicles)

Alternatively, you may be an experienced roofer or part of a team seeking career advancement or team leadership opportunities.

If you are already a foreman, you will have experience leading staff, managing projects, and being the key contact for your projects.
