\nWe're looking for a Controls Assurance Manager to join our Personal Banking Risk team. This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in strengthening the control environment across Personal Banking by delivering assurance reviews, controls testing, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing meaningful insights that help the business manage risk well.
\nReporting to the Senior Manager Controls Assurance, you'll be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on Line 1 controls assurance reviews and testing across key business risks and obligations within Personal Banking. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to assess control effectiveness, identify emerging trends, and support a strong and sustainable control environment.
