We are looking for a 

Fruit Production Supervisor

• Supervise daily berry production activities including harvesting, crop maintenance, and packing operations.
• Coordinate and manage workers to meet production and harvest targets.
• Train and monitor staff to ensure correct picking, handling, and packing procedures.
• Maintain fruit quality standards and identify defects or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and safe work practices.
• Monitor crop condition and report pest, disease, or production concerns.
• Assist with production planning and labour allocation based on crop readiness.
• Keep accurate records of production output, worker performance, and labour hours.
• Communicate daily operational updates to farm management.
• Support efficient use of equipment, materials, and farm resources.
