Key Duties:

Packing Online Orders:

• Accurately pick and pack online orders.

• Ensure items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.

• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to meet order deadlines.

Answering Phones:

• Professionally handle inbound calls from customers.

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and provide information about products or services.

• Direct calls to the appropriate department when necessary.

Serving Customers:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Process in-store purchases and transactions.

• Provide product information and assistance with product selection.

Cleaning Up:

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

• Perform regular cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards.

Requirements:
