As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers with technical solutions, processing orders, and ensuring outstanding service from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support the field sales team to maximise sales potential.
Receive and process incoming customer orders.
Prepare estimates and quotes for clients.
Provide technical problem-solving and excellent customer support.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in internal sales or a engineering role.
Experience in engineering sales (advantageous but not essential).
The ability to interpret engineering drawings.
