Our Service and Repair team are responsible for scheduled and unscheduled service and repairs to trailers, and repairs to truck bodies. Our team's aim is to minimise downtime for our customers and to lead the way in ensuring our maintenance and repair services are as efficient as possible. The Service & Repair Supervisor role is critical to making it happen with opportunity to continue the current growth trajectory.
As the Service & Repair Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow management, and technician performance to meet service targets. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate administration records and ensuring all service documentation is up to date. A key part of your role involves monitoring job costs to maintain profitability and ensure transparent billing practices.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues, while also upholding rigorous quality control standards and managing warranty claims in line with company and industry guidelines. With a strong focus on customer service, you'll act as the primary liaison for clients, delivering clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional support throughout the service process.

· 5+ years experience with heavy vehicle repair

· Operational efficiency - experience in developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules and budgeting and cost control for repairs and maintenance
