We are seeking for MAKE IT SIMPLE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED   a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing activities that support brand growth and business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong analytical skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

●        Location: AUCKLAND

●        Job type: Full-time Permanent

●        Number of positions for this job: up to 1

●        Pay rate: from $30-$35 per hour

●        Days required: 5-6 days/week

●        Hours per week: min 30, max 50 hours per week

Responsibilities and Account abilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Manage social media platforms, especially Chinese media platforms, website content, and online advertising (Google Ads, social ads, etc.)

• Create engaging marketing content including posts, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency

• Support events, promotions, and employer branding initiatives

• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems

Job Requirement

• At least two-years relevant prior experience or substitute with a formal bachelor's qualification

• A 'can-do”attitude

• Have an eye on details

• Self-motivated

• Clean non-criminal record
