We provide multimodal freight solutions including air, sea, and road transport, cold chain logistics, interstate linehaul, warehousing, and packaging services across metro Melbourne and interstate routes. Our operations handle diverse cargo types from small parcels to palletized freight, refrigerated goods, and oversized commercial shipments, serving both luxury retail clients and local businesses with customized 3PL solutions. Job Duties – Office Manager • Contribute to the planning, coordination and continuous review of office services across transport, warehousing and logistics operations, and establish service standards to support efficient business performance • Allocate and manage office resources, including staff, workspace and equipment, to ensure optimal utilisation in a fast-paced logistics environment • Assign work to administrative and operational support staff, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks in line with business priorities • Oversee the management of office records, documentation and accounts, including freight documentation, service records, and internal reporting systems • Ensure office equipment, systems and supplies are maintained and functioning effectively to support day-to-day logistics and administrative operations • Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements within the office and administrative functions of the business • Ensure all office operations comply with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures, including those applicable to transport, logistics and workplace practices • Coordinate personnel activities, including recruitment support, onboarding, staff scheduling, performance monitoring, payroll coordination, and training administration • Support senior management in implementing administrative systems, improving workflow processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency • Maintain effective communication channels across departments to support coordination of freight operations, client servicing and administrative functions • Oversee warehouse operations, manage transport operations and driver scheduling to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with safety regulations. Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support smooth office operations and contribute to overall business performance Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required • Associate degree or advance diploma with at least one year of relevant experience • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to support a fast-paced logistics and transport environment and build effective working relationships across teams If you are a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for office management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
