JNS Construction Services Limited is looking for 10 full-time painters to join the team in the Wellington region now. The ideal candidates will be offered from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience, with minimum 30 hours of work per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with a small team and corporate daily tasks with team members to ensure workflows meet site requirements. 
• Ensuring daily painting job tasks are completed with high-quality standards.
• Preparing and organizing painting materials and tools needed for projects.
• Carry out the painter duties as required, such as preparation before painting, mixing painting colors, painting with a high standard, etc.
• Applying paints, varnishes and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers and sprays.
• Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner. 
• Ensuring yourself comply with the company's Healthy and Safety system to maintain a safe working environment.
• Familiar with all painting tools and able to apply paint on required area perfectly.

Requirements:

• 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification.
• Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
• Must be flexible to work different shifts arranged by the company.
• Able to work in cold or dusty conditions, inside and outside.
• Long-term and full commitments are required.
• Physically fit the job and work at heights.
