The Our Future Services programme is bringing visa applications and processing into a single digital platform, supported by smart risk management, modern tools and redesigned end-to-end processes that deliver a better experience for kaimahi and customers.

The programme is delivered through multiple workstreams working in parallel, with each workstream implementing key initiatives with set milestone dates.

You will be part of the Future Services Branch within Immigration New Zealand. As a Principal Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the identification and prioritisation of improvements to our visa processing system and will report to the Workstream Delivery Manager.

You will provide guidance and analysis to Our Future Services workstreams and will be recognised as a thought leader in prioritisation practices and impact analysis and a champion of the Our Future Services programme objectives.

• Extensive experience of business analysis work including carrying out impact analysis, using relevant tools and methodologies.
• Ability to make connections and apply a system lens to opportunities for system improvement.
• Proven experience working with senior leadership teams and providing high level strategic and operational advice.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with various internal and external teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• You must be a New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident visa holder.
