About the roleStantec is seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrator to work in our New Zealand team, based in our Wellington Office.
This role will ensure our projects are well managed through the project life cycle by supporting multiple Project Managers to plan, program, coordinate and manage ) number of projects while taking on certain task‑management elements of individual projects as they arise. You will also support senior staff with aspects of managing our overall project portfolio.

Day to day tasks would involveResource monitoring, in terms of consistent personnel / personnel changes.
Monitor by measuring against schedule baseline and help control budget through accurate forecasting.
Monitor for variances and trends.
