About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Legal Executive to work across residential and rural property matters. In this role, you will manage property transactions, provide advice on land development and other legal issues, and guide clients through due diligence, financing, easements, subdivisions, leasing agreements, and so on. You will also draft and review contracts and other legal documents.

You are a Legal Executive with experience in rural and residential property law. You have a strong understanding of rural property matters and land development, along with residential property transactions. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters at once. Your proactive approach and excellent client relationship skills allow you to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
