Essential Qualifications & Experience: • A relevant Trade Qualification in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a closely related field is essential. • Proven post-trade experience in a similar role, with specific, hands-on experience in protected cropping, glasshouse, or hydroponic vegetable production. • A demonstrated hands-on commitment with a practical, can-do attitude and a dedication to achieving excellence in all aspects of crop production. Essential Skills & Attributes: • The ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively and build rapport with team members, management, and external stakeholders at all levels. • A high degree of self-motivation and the capability to work autonomously without direct supervision, effectively managing daily operations and making sound, timely decisions to ensure crop success.
