Registered Nurses – Casual, Fixed Term (until July 2026) & Permanent Opportunities

Whether you’re looking for casual shifts, a fixed-term contract (until July 2026), or a full-time permanent role (32 hours, 5-on 3-off roster), we’re keen to hear from confident, resident-focused Registered Nurses who enjoy variety and meaningful work.

You’ll be supported by a close-knit team, gain exposure across all levels of care, and play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate outcomes for our residents. This is a great opportunity to either build consistency in a permanent role or enjoy flexibility while still doing work that matters.

We’re looking for RNs who can confidently complete assessments, lead medication rounds, maintain clinical standards, and communicate clearly with residents, whānau, and colleagues. Flexibility across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, along with a calm, solutions-focused approach, will set you up for success.

Hours & Roster Details
  • Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, Fixed Term (until July 2026) & Casual
  • Shift Time: Mix of Morning, Afternoon and Nights
Where You’ll Make an Impact
  • Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
  • Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
  • Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

  • Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
  • Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
  • Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
