Job Position: Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager

LDF is seeking experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our management team. These roles are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring a high standard of service, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Organising, directing, and supervising daily restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house functions
• Recruiting, training, and managing staff, including preparing rosters and monitoring performance
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and managing customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Monitoring food and beverage quality to ensure consistency and presentation meet company standards
• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and implementing procedures to minimise waste
• Overseeing cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and assisting with financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Planning and implementing marketing and promotional activities to support business growth
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or a qualification at Level 4 or above with relevant skills for this customer facing role.
• Good interpersonal skills to understand and manage staff and customer expectations are a must! 
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in food safety and cleanliness
• A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Please note this is a full time position with a guaranteed hours of at least 30 hours per week.
