SHUANG XI LIMITED engages in dine-in restaurant operations, with supporting businesses including takeaway services, catering management, and food retail.

Job Title: 

Location: Wellington

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: Hourly $30 - $35

Hours per week: 30-60

Number of Vacancies: 2-5 positions

Requirements:

2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification, Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions.

Must be flexible for work, able to work over the weekends, and must cover our required shifts.

Long-term and full commitments are required.

I. Store Strategic Planning

1. Formulate annual store operation strategies, revenue growth targets, gross/net profit, labor, and ingredient budgets with shareholders; produce quarterly financial reviews and formulate independent rectification plans for performance gaps.

2. Establish store-wide dish pricing systems, optimize profit margins via operational data analysis, and adjust dish prices independently to meet profit targets.

3. Develop revenue growth plans, including seasonal menus, banquet schedules, and brand promotions, and take full responsibility for annual sales growth targets.

4. Regularly research local competitors, benchmark surrounding catering prices, service standards, and consumption trends, and adjust store positioning and competitive strategies independently.

5. Take full responsibility for store profit and loss; review weekly revenue, labor expenses, ingredient waste, and operating costs, and develop long-term cost control strategies to achieve profit goals.

II. Menu Planning & Supply Chain Management

1. Cooperate with head chefs to plan annual menu updates, finalize dishes, ingredient selections, and signature dish positioning.

2. Analyze dish profitability, customer feedback, and supply chain stability to independently launch, remove dishes, or adjust portion sizes.

3. Screen, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of ingredients, beverages, supplies, and equipment, and sign contracts independently.

4. Develop inventory management rules with stock limits, design turnover and waste control plans; conduct monthly full stocktaking, issue waste reports, and launch long-term improvement measures.

III. Human Resource Management

1. Plan full staffing structure based on seasonal passenger flow forecasts, set full-time and part-time ratios, and draw up long-term manpower plans.

2. Complete full-cycle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and training system construction; conduct monthly performance assessments, make all personnel decisions, including transfer, promotion, punishment, and dismissal, and resolve labor disputes independently.

3. Create staff scheduling systems, reasonably allocate front and back-of-house manpower to control labor costs, and build standardized service and kitchen training procedures.

IV. Food Safety, Hygiene & Compliance Management

1. Take overall charge of store-wide hygiene and food safety, formulate standard sanitation procedures for front and back of house, and conduct regular self-inspections to comply with New Zealand catering hygiene regulations.

2. Cooperate with government inspections, implement compliance requirements for fire protection, employment, and food business, and rectify all compliance risks independently.
