About the role We have a permanent full‐time opportunity to join our Wellington team as our Field Service Shift Supervisor. Your role is to ensure your team have the skills, tools and motivation to deliver in their roles. Your team will cover Electronic Monitoring Field Officer and Patrol roles. They will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non‐custodial sentence, and you and your team will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call‐outs. Your team will also monitor client properties, attend alarm activations and general call‐outs. This is an exciting fast‐paced role where no two days will be the same. Benefits Full training will be provided along with the required PPE and Uniform.$26.00 per hour base rate.4 on, 4 off roster.2 day shifts, 2 night shifts a week. Ability to handle stress and pressure. Be able to wear SRBA throughout your whole shift. Physical fitness. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Current COA license or ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this). Full clean NZ Driver's Licence. Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice criminal convictions check.
